The honest answer to 'what does a Grenadines charter cost' is that it depends on the yacht and the length — but the structure is simple, and we publish the starting rates rather than hiding them behind a sales call. This page explains how the pricing actually works so you can budget before you enquire.
Two things shape every quote: which yacht, and how long. The fleet runs from SISU — a 37 ft entry yacht at $595 per day — through Flying Wing, a 75 ft classic from $1,595 per day, to Cap II, the 77 ft CNB flagship from $2,950 per day. A single day out of Canouan is priced per day; a week aboard is priced per week, starting at $11,750 all-inclusive on Flying Wing.
The word that matters is all-inclusive — and we mean it literally. The rate covers the yacht, the full crew, fuel, every mooring and marina fee, customs clearance between islands, and full provisioning: three meals a day prepared aboard, plus soft drinks and water throughout. There is no separate 'plus expenses' line, no Advance Provisioning Allowance to negotiate, no fuel surcharge at the end. The number you are quoted is, with very few exceptions, the number you pay.
The exceptions are worth being clear about. Premium wine and champagne selections, chef's tasting menus, and dive charters are quoted separately because they vary so much by party. Restaurant meals ashore — a lunch at Basil's Bar on Mustique, dinner in Bequia — are arranged by the crew and billed at end-of-charter cost, with no markup. Beyond those, the published rate stands.
One more thing that affects the number: you are booking directly with the operator. There is no broker between you and the yacht, which means there is no broker commission folded into the rate — typically ten to fifteen percent on a brokered crewed charter. The captain is the person you correspond with, and the price is the operator's price.
Highlights of this charter
SISU — from $595 / day
The 37 ft entry yacht. The most accessible crewed sailing day in the Grenadines — captain and one crew, snorkelling gear aboard, a half- or full-day for a couple or a small party. The lowest entry point to a private crewed charter in the chain.
Flying Wing — from $1,595 / day
The 75 ft classic. A full crew of three, three guest cabins, up to ten guests for a day sail. The most-chartered yacht in the fleet for day charters and the starting point for week voyages.
Cap II — from $2,950 / day
The 77 ft CNB flagship. Four en-suite cabins, full air-conditioning, a private chef, reserved privately for a single party. The flagship rate, for guests who want the chartered yacht to feel like a private home.
Week charters — from $11,750
Seven nights aboard Flying Wing, all-inclusive, for a party of up to ten. Cap II weeks start at $32,500 for the flagship experience. The week rate covers the yacht, crew, fuel, all fees, customs, and full provisioning across the seven nights.
What the rate covers
The yacht, the crew, fuel, mooring and marina fees, inter-island customs clearance, and full provisioning — three meals a day aboard plus soft drinks and water. On week charters, every night at anchor or in port across the chain.
What is quoted separately
Premium wine and champagne, chef's tasting menus, and dive charters — they vary too much by party to bundle. Restaurant meals ashore are arranged by the crew and billed at end-of-charter cost with no markup. Nothing else sits outside the rate.
Sailing this route with RexSailing
No broker margin
You book directly with the operator. There is no broker commission — usually ten to fifteen percent on a brokered crewed charter — folded into the rate. The captain is your point of contact and the price you see is the operator's price.
No surprise extras
All-inclusive here means the quoted rate is what you pay. No Advance Provisioning Allowance to negotiate, no end-of-charter fuel surcharge, no per-fee line items for moorings or customs. The few things quoted separately are named up front.
Day or week — which is better value
A day charter is the least expensive way to experience the sailing — ideal if you are staying ashore. A week charter costs more in absolute terms but includes all accommodation, all meals, and all transport between islands for the duration, which often compares well against a land-based holiday of the same length.
Deposit and terms
No deposit is taken at enquiry — we hold dates for 48 hours while you confirm. A deposit (typically 50%) is required only when the booking is confirmed, with the balance due 30 days before departure. Full terms are provided with every proposal.

Before you enquire
How much does a yacht charter cost in the Grenadines?
It depends on the yacht and the length. Day charters start at $595 aboard SISU (37 ft), $1,595 aboard Flying Wing (75 ft), and $2,950 aboard Cap II (the 77 ft CNB flagship). Week charters start at $11,750 all-inclusive aboard Flying Wing and $32,500 aboard Cap II. Every rate is all-inclusive — yacht, crew, fuel, fees, customs, and full provisioning.
What does 'all-inclusive' actually cover?
The yacht, the full crew, fuel, every mooring and marina fee, customs clearance between islands, and full provisioning — three meals a day prepared aboard plus soft drinks and water. On a week charter that includes every night's accommodation and all transport between the islands. There is no separate expenses line and no end-of-charter fuel surcharge.
What costs extra on a Grenadines charter?
Very little. Premium wine and champagne selections, chef's tasting menus, and dive charters are quoted separately because they vary so much by party. Restaurant meals ashore are arranged by the crew and billed at end-of-charter cost with no markup. Everything else is inside the published rate.
Is it cheaper to book direct or through a broker?
Direct. You book straight with the operator, so there is no broker commission — typically ten to fifteen percent on a brokered crewed charter — built into the rate. The captain is your point of contact throughout, and the price you are quoted is the operator's own price.
Is a day charter or a week charter better value?
A day charter is the least expensive way to sail the Grenadines and suits guests staying ashore. A week charter is more in absolute terms but bundles all accommodation, all meals, and all inter-island transport for seven nights — which often compares favourably with a land-based holiday of the same length once you account for everything it replaces.
What deposit is required to book?
None at enquiry — we hold your dates for 48 hours while you confirm with your party. A deposit, typically 50%, is required only when the booking is confirmed, with the balance due 30 days before departure. Full terms accompany every proposal.
Tell us the yacht and the dates you have in mind and we will send a full proposal — the all-inclusive rate, exactly what it covers, and the terms — within one working day. No deposit, no obligation.
