There is a particular kind of privacy that only a yacht gives you. A resort, however good, is still a resort — other guests, a fixed restaurant, a beach you share. A private crewed yacht in the Grenadines is yours alone: your anchorage, your deck, your dinner, your day. For a honeymoon, that difference is the whole point.

The Grenadines suit it perfectly. The cruising ground is a string of small islands and uninhabited cays in protected, impossibly clear water — short, gentle sails between anchorages where some evenings you will be the only yacht in the bay. The crew is present when you want them and invisible when you do not. The chef cooks three meals a day so neither of you lifts a finger. And the itinerary bends entirely to you: a long morning at anchor, a swim before dinner, a sunset sail with nowhere to be.

Most honeymoon guests take a week aboard — seven nights through the islands, the yacht as the accommodation. But a day charter works beautifully too, for couples building a honeymoon around a stay ashore on Canouan or Mustique who want one extraordinary day on the water. Either way, the day is built around the two of you.

We will arrange the quiet touches without being asked twice — champagne on ice for the first evening, a private dinner set on a deserted beach, the anchorage with the best sunset for your last night. Tell us it is a honeymoon and the crew takes it from there.

Highlights of this charter

Truly private

The yacht is yours alone — never shared, never by the seat. Your anchorage, your deck, your dinner table. The crew is there when wanted and unobtrusive when not.

Empty anchorages

Sixty miles of small islands and uninhabited cays. Some evenings the only yacht in the bay. The Tobago Cays at first light before anyone else arrives.

Dinners on deck

A chef aboard cooking three meals a day — breakfast at anchor, lunch under way, a candlelit dinner on deck under the rig. A private beach dinner arranged for one night of the week.

Shaped around you

No fixed schedule. A late start, a long swim, a sunset sail with nowhere to be. The captain shapes each day on the morning of, around the two of you.

The quiet touches

Champagne for the first evening, the sunset anchorage saved for the last night, the small things noted in advance. Tell us it is a honeymoon and the crew handles the rest.

A day or a week

A full week aboard for the classic honeymoon voyage — or a single, faultless day on the water built around a stay ashore. Both are private; both are yours.

When to come

December through July. The peak — January to April — gives the most settled trades and the postcard weather. May to July is quieter, warmer, and the anchorages are nearly empty: many honeymooners prefer it. Book peak weeks well ahead.

Which yacht

SISU, the 37 ft entry yacht, is intimate and well-priced for two. Flying Wing, the 75 ft classic, gives a couple far more room to spread out. Cap II, the flagship, is the full air-conditioned indulgence. We will advise honestly for your week.

Getting here

Fly directly into Canouan's airstrip — regional connections from Barbados, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent — and you are at the marina in five minutes. We coordinate the transfer once your dates are set.

All-inclusive

The rate covers the yacht, the crew, the chef, fuel, fees, customs, and full provisioning. Restaurant nights ashore are arranged on request. No surprise extras on your honeymoon.

Before you enquire

Is a yacht charter a good honeymoon?

For couples who value privacy, it is hard to beat. A private crewed yacht is yours alone — your anchorage, your deck, your dinner — with a chef cooking three meals a day and an itinerary that bends entirely around the two of you. The Grenadines, with their empty anchorages and short gentle sails, suit it especially well.

Should we book a day or a week for a honeymoon?

Most honeymoon guests take a week aboard — seven nights through the islands, the yacht as the accommodation. A day charter is the right choice for couples building a honeymoon around a stay ashore on Canouan or Mustique who want one exceptional day on the water. Both are entirely private.

Can you arrange special touches for a honeymoon?

Yes — tell us it is a honeymoon and the crew takes it from there. Champagne for the first evening, a private dinner set on a deserted beach, the best sunset anchorage saved for your last night. The quiet touches are arranged in advance without you having to ask twice.

Which yacht is best for a honeymoon couple?

SISU (37 ft) is intimate and well-priced for two. Flying Wing (75 ft) gives a couple far more space to spread out across the yacht. Cap II, the 77 ft flagship, is the full air-conditioned indulgence. We will advise honestly based on your dates and what kind of week you want.

When is the best time for a honeymoon in the Grenadines?

December through July. January to April is the settled peak with postcard weather. May to July is quieter and warmer, with near-empty anchorages — many honeymoon couples prefer it. We do not operate August to October.

Tell us your dates and that it is a honeymoon, and we will shape a week — or a day — that is entirely the two of you. A proposal follows within one working day.
