Aboard
Cap II · Flying Wing
Antigua is our southern home port — and a near-perfect base for a Leeward Islands charter. Every island worth sailing to is within a comfortable day's reach: Barbuda 30 nm north, Guadeloupe 40 nm south, St. Kitts and Nevis 55 nm west, St. Martin and St. Barts 80-85 nm to the north-west. The yacht can be loaded and provisioned in Jolly Harbour Marina or English Harbour and underway within the hour.
From Antigua we operate three classic sailing yachts — Cap II, a 77-foot CNB flagship, Flying Wing, a 75-foot sister yacht, and SISU, a 37-foot day-sailing yacht. Cap II and Flying Wing also work from our second home port in St. Martin (see the Antigua Yacht Charter's northern counterpart at /st-martin-yacht-charter). All vessels are commercially surveyed, fully insured, and privately operated by their captains. Every charter is crewed, private, and shaped around the guests aboard.
Charter options are built around the length of stay and the yacht. Aboard Flying Wing — our competitively-priced 75 ft classic — single-day charters start at $1,595 and week-long voyages through the Leewards start from $11,750 all-inclusive. Aboard Cap II, the 77 ft CNB flagship, private day charters start at $2,950 and weeks from $32,500 — reserved for small parties who prefer the flagship. Aboard SISU, half-day sails start at $595 and full-day at $1,195. All rates include the yacht, crew, fuel, mooring, and full provisioning.
Highlights of this charter
Jolly Harbour & English Harbour
Two world-class charter bases on the same island — Jolly Harbour for departures and provisioning, English Harbour for the Georgian dockyard and the Sunday-evening Shirley Heights barbecue.
Three yachts, one home port
Cap II, Flying Wing, and SISU are all kept in Antigua between charters — never sub-chartered out of region. The yacht you book is the yacht you sail.
Every Leeward island within a day
Barbuda (30 nm), Guadeloupe (40 nm), St. Kitts (55 nm), Nevis (55 nm), St. Martin (80 nm), Dominica (80 nm), St. Barts (85 nm), Anguilla (95 nm) — all accessible as day or overnight charters from Antigua.
Year-round trade winds
Antigua sits in the heart of the Caribbean trade-wind belt — reliable 12–18 knot easterlies from December through May. The most consistent sailing conditions in the region.

Before you enquire
How do I get to the boat?
Most guests arrive in Antigua and we meet them with a private transfer to the marina — usually a 20–30 minute drive. Boarding the same day is the norm. We coordinate the pickup once your itinerary is set.
Are charters all-inclusive?
Yes. The published rate covers the yacht, crew, fuel, mooring fees, and full provisioning of fresh food and drinks throughout the charter. Optional add-ons (chef's tasting menus, special wine selections, helicopter transfers) are quoted separately.
What's the best time of year?
December through May is high season — settled trades, low rainfall, and reliable sailing conditions. April and May offer the same weather with fewer boats around. We recommend avoiding August through October (hurricane season).
Can we visit other islands?
Yes — Antigua is the natural northern hub for the Leewards. Day trips to Barbuda or to Nevis are common; week-long charters typically reach St. Martin, St. Barts, Anguilla, Guadeloupe, or Dominica.
Antigua is the most reliable charter base in the Caribbean. Tell us your dates and the yacht you have in mind, and we will shape the rest.
