How a charter comes together

1

Enquire

WhatsApp, email, or the Request a Charter form. Include rough dates, group size, and any must-haves.

2

Proposal

Within one working day we return a personalised proposal — yacht, itinerary outline, week rate, and what is practical given the season.

3

Confirm

50% deposit secures your dates. We then begin provisioning, menu planning, and coordination with your hotel or advisor.

4

Aboard

Welcome aboard at the home port best suited to your route — Jolly Harbour, Antigua or Simpson Bay / Marigot, St. Martin. The captain sets the pace with you each morning. Balance due 45 days before sailing.

Deposit + cancellation

We keep it simple. A 50% deposit at confirmation secures your dates for term charters (30% for day charters). The balance is due 45 days before sailing — 14 days for day charters. Full cancellation terms, force-majeure provisions, and insurance requirements are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and baggage. We can refer you to a broker who understands charter risk.
